扩展定制传感器能力与产品组合
Standex International Corporation (NYSE:SXI) 今日宣布，已以约 970 万美元现金收购科罗拉多州的非上市公司 Sensor Solutions。本次交易资金来自 Standex 现有的现金余额。公司预计，该收购在并表后的首个持有年度将对其收益略有增厚，并将增加合并自由现金流。
